What are the event timings?

The Bridge events will run from 2 PM to 10 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (24th, 25th, 26th, 31st July, 1st & 2nd August)). Last entry is at 8pm on Friday and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.


Travelling to Junction 2

  • Junction 2 will take place at Boston Manor Park.

  • The closest Underground station is Northfields, which is on the Piccadilly Line and operates 24h. This will be operating on all days and is less than 10 mins walk away from the festival.

  • You can also access the festival from Brentford station which is a 10 min walk away with trains from Waterloo, Clapham Junction and Vauxhall.

  • Boston Manor station will not be available on event days.

  • We have a designated pick-up/drop-off for taxis and private hire vehicles such as Uber and Bolt within a short distance to the festival at University of West London, TW8 9GA.

  • There is no parking on site or in the surrounding area. Please do not drive. There will be enforcement vehicles and parking restrictions in place.


Entry

Entrance for all attendees is subject to 3 things:

  • Showing a valid ID – passport, driving license or national identity card. This is an 18+ event.

  • Being searched upon entry – more information on prohibited items below.

  • Having a valid ticket.

Once you’re in, you’re in. There is no re-entry to the festival.


What you can and can’t bring

Prohibited items include all but are not limited to:

  • Outside food or drink (unless for medical purposes) 

  • Illegal drugs, Nitrous Oxide, or "legal highs" 

  • Weapons, replica weapons, knives, or blades 

  • Glass in any form, including bottles and perfume 

  • Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, and explosives 

  • Spray cans and gas canisters 

  • Drones and professional audio or video equipment 

  • Laser devices 

  • Hi-Visibility vests, jackets or clothing

  • Airhorns, megaphones, whistles or amplification equipment 

  • Bicycles, skates, scooters or skateboards 

  • Flag poles or offensive flags and signage 

  • Large golf umbrellas and stools 

  • Camping chairs or furniture

  • Sports equipment 

  • Single use vapes

  • Single use plastic

  • Confetti, balloons and marker pens 

  • Bags larger than an A4 piece of paper

  • Items displaying proscribed organization symbols 

This list is not exhaustive! Please refer to the T&Cs for the full list and other terms that you have agreed to when purchasing your ticket.

Please be patient with the processing at the main gates and all associated security checks and searches. They keep you and other customers safe. If you see something out of place, tell our security staff and they will take appropriate steps to address the situation.


Can I bring medication?

If you need your medication with you at the event, we will need to check the following before allowing it in:

  • Any prescription medication is accompanied by a prescription with the correct name (paper or digital).

  • The quantity of the medication is reasonable for the event timeframe.

  • The item has not been tampered with or damaged and is in date.

When will my ticket become available?

All tickets for this event are digital e-tickets and will be sent / become available on the week of the show. We encourage you to print them or download them to your phone ahead of time.


Can I resell my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable; however, we have partnered up with Tixel as our official resale partner. Tixel provide a safe and easy place for you to sell your ticket to another fan, so if you can no longer attend the event, please go to Tixel and follow the prompts.

The name on the ticket does not have to match the person using it; however, resale of tickets outside of our official resale partner, Tixel, is strictly forbidden and could result in your tickets being cancelled. For more information on resale, click here.

Pre-2pm and Post-6pm Tickets

If you bought one of these tickets, you will be charged £30 if you arrive outside those times. Please allow enough time to queue, scan your ticket and be searched upon arrival.


Medical & Welfare

Our non-judgemental medics and welfare are located near the Woods stage. Please go and see them if you feel unwell or fancy a chat.

Your safety is our biggest priority, which is why we’ll soon be sharing a separate page with all the essential info on safety, welfare and our anti-harassment policy.


Accessibility

We welcome all customers, artists and staff with accessibility requirements, including those deaf or hard of hearing, with visual impairments or neurodivergency. Please refer to our accessibility page here to see the range of facilities we provide to make sure you can plan your visit comfortably.


Payments

All bars, food stalls, lockers and any other points of sale only accept card. Cash will not be accepted anywhere.


No Single Use Plastics or Disposable Vapes

Our commitment to waste reduction continues this year:

  • Please bring a water bottle for refilling. Refilling is free, and canned water will also be available at the bar.

  • Our bars will be using reusable cups with a £2 levy. Return your cup to only pay this once.

  • Bring only reusable vapes to the festival. Single use vapes will be confiscated on entry. Reusable vapes can be purchased at the festival. Vape pods go in the vape bins provided.


Lockers

We offer on-site lockers for rent during your visit to Ironworks, they provide a secure place to store jackets, bags and other small items. Lockers can be booked in advance or purchased on the day, please note these are card payments only.

Under cover and waterproof, Ideal for storing larger coats/multiple bags that you don't need to access until home time.

Book in advance to avoid queuing and guarantee your locker on arrival. Lockers can be added when you purchase your event ticket.


Respect the Local Area

  • We’re counting on your help to be respectful to our neighbours in the local community.

  • Please be mindful of noise when arriving and leaving the festival.

  • Please use the bins and portable toilets provided along the route to the festival site.

  • Please let our staff know if you see any anti-social behaviour as this will not be tolerated. Anyone seen displaying such behaviour will be denied entry.


Food & Drink

We have delicious food and drink on site. This year our traders are 100% veggie & vegan, with a diverse selection of food and drink traders offering something for everyone.
